Job summary

Picnic is seeking delivery drivers in the Netherlands for part-time or full-time roles. Start immediately with a pay rate of €9.98 per hour (18+) rising to €16.19 (21+) including holiday pay.

Weekly salary and tips are paid via the app; shifts can be planned each Friday to fit studies or hobbies. You'll start at the hub loading crates, deliver to 15–18 addresses per 3‑hour shift within about 10 km, and be the friendly face of Picnic for customers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license (Category B) and at least 18 years old.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Willing to work 16–40 hours per week including evenings/weekends.
• Comfortable walking and lifting boxes.

Responsibilities

• Load crates at the hub and check route & battery.
• Deliver to 15–18 addresses per 3-hour shift within 10 km.
• Assist customers and be the friendly Picnic face.
• Return the van and take a snack after completing the route.

Your role as a Delivery Driver

• Start at the hub: load crates into your van, check your route & battery
• Deliver to 15-18 addresses per 3-hour shift, usually within a 10 km radius
• Help customers with questions; you are the face of Picnic in the neighborhood
• Drive back and finish your route, hand in your van, and grab a well-deserved snack

Your profile

• Valid driver's license (Category B) and at least 18 years old
• Positive energy, customer-oriented, and responsible
• Available 16-40 hours per week, including regular evening or weekend shifts
• Fit enough to walk a lot and lift boxes

Working hours - you choose

• Morning: 07:00-10:30 or 10:00-12:30 (location dependent)
• Afternoon/Evening: 14:00-16:45 | 16:45-19:30 | 19:30-22:30

Claim your shifts weekly in the app (super flexible as a side job!). Can't make it after all? Swap with a colleague up to 24 hours in advance. We only ask for 6 fixed availability slots per week – you decide which ones.
