Job summary

Picnic is hiring Delivery Drivers in the Netherlands. Work part-time or full-time, with shifts chosen on Fridays and options for morning or afternoon/evening slots. Earn an hourly wage of 9.98–16.19 EUR, including holiday pay, with weekly payout via the app.

You will load crates, deliver to 15‑18 addresses per 3‑hour shift within a ~10 km radius, and be the face of Picnic for customers. A €200 training budget and growth opportunities to lead or train others are available.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license (Category B).
• Candidate should be customer oriented and responsible.
• Availability 16–40 hours per week including evenings/weekends.
• Physical ability to walk long distances and lift boxes.

Responsibilities

• Load crates into the van and verify route and battery.
• Deliver to 15–18 addresses per 3‑hour shift within ~10 km radius.
• Assist customers and be the face of Picnic in the neighborhood.
• Return the van and complete the shift, with a snack afterward.
