Job summary

Picnic zoekt per direct bezorgers voor parttime of fulltime dienstverband. Je werkt als gezicht van Picnic in de wijk en bezorgt 15–18 adressen per 3 uur in een circa 10 km radius, met flexibele diensten en avonden/weekenden.

Je krijgt een loon van €9,98–€16,19 per uur, met wekelijkse uitbetaling en tips via de app, een trainingsbudget van €200 en groeimogelijkheden naar teamlead of trainer. Je hebt rijbewijs B, bent 18+, energiek en klantgericht.

Qualifications

• Valid rijbewijs B en minimaal 18 jaar
• Klantgericht en verantwoordelijk
• Beschikbaarheid 16–40 uur per week, inclusief avonden of weekenden
• Fysiek geschikt om veel te lopen en dozen te tillen

Responsibilities

• Laad pakketten in de bestelauto aan de hub en controleer route en batterij
• Bezorg 15–18 adressen per 3-uurs dienst in ca. 10 km radius
• Hanteer vragen van klanten en vertegenwoordig Picnic bij de klant
• Maak route af en lever de auto in en pak een snack

Your role as a Delivery Driver

• Start at the hub: load crates into your van, check your route & battery
• Deliver to 15-18 addresses per 3-hour shift, usually within a 10 km radius
• Help customers with questions; you are the face of Picnic in the neighborhood
• Drive back and finish your route, hand in your van, and grab a well-deserved snack

Your profile

• Valid driver's license (Category B) and at least 18 years old
• Positive energy, customer-oriented, and responsible
• Available 16-40 hours per week, including regular evening or weekend shifts
• Fit enough to walk a lot and lift boxes

Working hours – you choose

• Morning: 07:00-10:30 or 10:00-12:30 (location dependent)
• Afternoon/Evening: 14:00-16:45 | 16:45-19:30 | 19:30-22:30

Claim your shifts weekly in the app (super flexible as a side job!). Can't make it after all? Swap with a colleague up to 24 hours in advance. We only ask for 6 fixed availability slots per week – you decide which ones.
