Albert Heijn in Utrecht zoekt een Delivery Driver om online bestellingen bij klanten te bezorgen en een vriendelijke, professionele service te leveren. Je werkt met verschillende routes, levert op tijd af en ontvangt bonussen zoals vermeld in de arbeidsvoorwaarden.

De functie vereist rijbewijs B en beschikbaarheid 3–6 dagen per week met minstens één zaterdag om de twee weken; Nederlandse/ Engelse communicatie is een must. Marktconforme beloning en secundaire voorwaarden worden geboden.

Qualifications

• Sterke communicatie in Nederlands en Engels.
• Goede klantenservice en communicatieve vaardigheden.
• Voldoende sociale vaardigheden voor klantgerichte dienstverlening.

Responsibilities

• Bezorg online bestellingen bij klanten.
• Indien nodig betalingsverwerking aan de deur.
• Zorg voor vriendelijke en professionele klantervaring.
• Zorg dat bestellingen in perfecte staat aankomen.
• Laad de bestelwagen en verzorg retouren (flesjes, blikken, kratten).
• Verwerk retouren zoals lege flessen en kratten.

Do you enjoy being on the road and making customers happy? Join our team as a Delivery Driver in Utrecht! In this role, you’ll deliver online grocery orders directly to customers’ homes and ensure a smooth and friendly delivery experience. A dynamic job with independence, variety, and plenty of customer interaction.

Over de vacature:

As a Delivery Driver, you are the face of the company. You make sure customers receive their groceries on time and with a smile.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Delivering online orders to customers
• Handling payments at the door when required
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Ensuring orders are delivered in perfect condition

Additional tasks:

• Loading your delivery van before your route
• Processing returns such as empty bottles, cans, and crates

Every day brings a new route and new customers, making your work varied and enjoyable.

Working hours:

You’ll work at least 5 shifts per week. Each shift typically lasts 6-7 hours. Here’s the shift schedule:

• Morning Shift: Between 6:00 AM and 3:00 PM
• Evening Shift: Between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM

We’ll schedule your shifts based on your availability, with at least one Saturday every two weeks.

Wat wij vragen:

• A valid driver's license (B) to safely transport all orders
• Available for 3 to 6 days a week, with at least one Saturday every two weeks
• Strong communication skills in Dutch / English

Wat wij bieden:

• €17.20 gross per hour (including 8.1% ADV allowance)
• Sunday bonus: 150% pay = €24.78 gross per hour
• Year-end bonus of 3.46% per hour worked (after 13 weeks)
• Travel allowance up to €0.21 per km (max. 45 km one way)
