Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Director – Technology to oversee large-scale technology programs across the Benelux region from the Netherlands or Belgium, in a hybrid working mode.

The role drives end-to-end delivery for engagements exceeding 100 FTE, maintains client relationships, and supports account growth through pre-sales and strategic initiatives. You will challenge architectural designs, diagnose delivery issues, and collaborate with distributed teams of product owners,

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience delivering complex technology projects and managing large-scale engagements (100+ FTE).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery from initiation through full life cycle.
• Manage client relationships at project, program and governance levels.

• Represent the delivery organization in sales and pre-sales engagements to enable growth.

Job description

We’re looking for a Delivery Director – Technology to join our team in the Netherlands or Belgium in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will lead large-scale client engagements across the Benelux region ensuring successful delivery of complex technology programs exceeding 100 FTE.You will be accountable for end-to-end delivery, client relationships and commercial performance while supporting account growth through pre-sales and strategic initiatives. This position requires strong technical depth to challenge architectural designs, diagnose delivery issues and engage credibly with senior engineering stakeholders.
