Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. in Amsterdam is seeking a Gen AI/Data Senior Delivery Manager to lead multiple data and AI programs across Europe in a hybrid setup.

You will shape delivery governance, drive cross-functional alignment, mentor Delivery Managers and partner with pre-sales to translate business goals into executable delivery plans.

This role requires extensive experience in program governance, AI/ML delivery including MLOps, and the ability to work with C-level stakeholders across geographies.

Job description

We’re looking for a Gen AI/Data Senior Delivery Manager to join our team in Amsterdam, NL in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping how EPAM delivers data and AI solutions across the region.You will operate at the intersection of delivery, strategy and client engagement — driving program governance, ensuring cross-functional alignment and accelerating the adoption of AI-driven delivery frameworks.
