Job summary

QuantFi, part of the Coinmerce Group, is hiring for a DeFi trading role in the Netherlands. You will research, design, and implement DeFi trading strategies, focusing on yield farming, liquidity pools, and market-making in fast-moving crypto markets.

You will collaborate with a team of traders to identify high-potential projects and stay ahead of market trends, applying quantitative methods and Python skills to adapt quickly to changing conditions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building DeFi trading strategies with ability to react quickly to market changes.
• Understanding of blockchain basics: transactions, wallets, smart contracts, double spend, transactions pool, mining is a plus.
• Strong desire to explore algorithmic, high-frequency, quantitative, and market-making trading.
• Good Python skills to review solutions and write code yourself if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Researching and digging deep into details of decentralized finance, building and executing trading strategies to maximize returns and impact the market.
• Analyze emerging trends and identify high-potential DeFi projects, from yield farming to liquidity pools, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve.
• Work alongside a passionate team of traders and contribute your insights to revolutionize DeFi at a fast-paced, game-changing scale-up
