Responsibilities

• Researching and digging deep into details of decentralized finance, building and executing trading strategies to maximize returns and impact the market.
• Analyze emerging trends and identify high-potential DeFi projects, from yield farming to liquidity pools, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve.
• Work alongside a passionate team of traders and contribute your insights to revolutionize DeFi at a fast-paced, game-changing scale‑up.

What you bring

• Hands‑on experience building DeFi trading strategies with the ability to analyse and react quickly to market changes.
• Understanding of blockchain basics: transactions, wallets, smart contracts, double spend, transaction pool, mining is a plus.
• Strong desire to explore algorithmic, high‑frequency, quantitative, and market‑making trading.
• Good Python skills - to review solutions of software engineers and write some code yourself, if necessary.
• Familiarity with tools like Hyperliquid, Uniswap, Aave, Compound, and other DeFi platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
