PER, a leading deeptech venture capital fund, seeks an Associate to drive deal flow and support end-to-end investment processes from Amsterdam. The role offers exposure to high-potential founders across Europe, with close collaboration to identify strategic opportunities and accelerate growth in AI, quantum, and advanced engineering spaces.

The ideal candidate holds a STEM bachelor’s degree and has experience in consulting, startups or venture capital.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dealflow generation and market mapping to identify untapped founders.
• Support due diligence and execution to drive deals to close.
