You’ll join Trust & Safety’s Actioning team, whose mission is to protect the Vinted community from harmful activities and content. The team owns critical mechanisms, including user reporting, moderation workflows, policy enforcement, and interventions against malicious users. We’re looking for a Data Analyst / Decision Scientist to join the team and help shape better product and policy decisions through data. In this role, you’ll be embedded in a cross‑functional product team, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other decision scientists to solve meaningful problems and turn insights into action. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytical depth with real product impact. You’ll lead hypothesis‑driven experimentation, uncover opportunities, measure outcomes, and help your team make confident, data‑driven decisions.
Better balance holidays with workdays by working remotely! Up to 90 days per year in the EU, of these, 21 days can be spent globally. For non‑EU citizens, it's 21 days worldwide. This can be combined with time off for vacation or personal time.
Each year, you’ll be given a learning budget (starting at €3,000), and a total of up to 10 working days over a 2‑year period to support your personal and professional development.

The annual gross salary range for this position excluding 8% holiday pay is: €67.700—€91.500 EUR
