Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience assembling, testing, troubleshooting and repairing IT hardware.
• Experience with Dell, HP and/or Cisco hardware.
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware terminology.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase and sales orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Disassemble, inspect, test, and repair IT hardware including servers and workstations.
• Securely erase customer data from storage devices.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assemble and configure IT hardware systems per customer specifications.
• Prepare reports on order status and inventory.
