Start People is hiring a production worker for a stable Winterswijk-based operation. You will perform hands-on production tasks, assemble, process, check quality, and help keep the line running smoothly.

We offer a full-time position (40 hours, with 32 hours possible), day shifts from 07:00 to 15:30, holiday allowance, pension contributions, and a strong onboarding program in a down-to-earth team environment.

Qualifications

• You have proven experience in a production environment.
• You are practical and enjoy hands-on work.
• You work accurately and carefully.
• You are reliable and keep your commitments.
• You can work independently as well as as part of a team.
• You are available for at least 32 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Performing various production activities.
• Assembling, processing or putting together parts.
• Checking products for quality.
• Packaging and preparing products.
