Job summary

Mploy Associates is seeking graduates for a Data Scientist role within our Talent Programs. You will work on data collection, model development, and stakeholder meetings to accelerate your career from entry-level to medior+ within 24 months.

The program includes certified training, coaching, and an international project environment with top-tier clients; you will gain hands-on experience in SQL, SAS, Python, and predictive modelling while advancing to a senior role.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of work experience expected.
• Master's in Data Science, Mathematics, Econometrics or related field.
• Ambitious, self-reflective and authentic.
• Eager to develop skills in data science and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop research questions for data analysis and modelling.
• Merge tables and process data in SQL, SAS and/or Python.
• Perform data quality analyses (trend, missing value, extreme value).
• Interpret results with descriptive statistics.
• Develop predictive models using common libraries.
• Document modelling process and discuss with stakeholders.
