Job summary

Mploy Associates is a talent-focused consultancy recruiting a Business Analyst for client projects, with a dedicated Talent Program designed to accelerate your career from entry level to medior+ within 24 months.

The program includes certified training, coaching and intervision sessions, aiming for a permanent medior+ or senior role at a client or with Mploy Associates, plus ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of work experience and a strong interest in business analysis, data and IT implementations.
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Management or related field.
• Strong analytical skills to solve problems creatively and logically.
• Eagerness to develop yourself through in-house Talent Programs.

Responsibilities

• Organize, store and analyze dataflows and translate business requirements into IT solutions.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings to discuss results and follow-up actions; support management with progress updates.
• Prepare management reports and presentations for senior management on progress and remediations.
• Understand business processes in detail to develop innovative improvements.
