Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Data Scientist specialized in AI and experimentation to advance a digital job-matching platform in healthcare recruiting. You will own data initiatives end-to-end, from modeling to deployment, collaborating with product, engineering and marketing teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities include building predictive models, improving LLM-powered features, designing robust experiments, and tracking performance with dashboards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of statistics and critical result interpretation.
• Advanced Python with pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy and SQL.
• Experience applying data science to real-world business problems.
• Hands-on ML and AI deployment from concept to production.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG systems, and production-grade prompts.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, sample size, significance and pitfalls.
• Understanding performance marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS).
• Jira or similar project tracking experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead data science initiatives from problem definition to deployment and monitoring.
• Develop, validate and deploy predictive models for pricing, matching and growth.
• Build LLM-powered features including RAG pipelines.
• Design prompt engineering and evaluation workflows.
• Run experiments (A/B tests) to support evidence-based decisions.
• Analyze funnels to optimize healthcare matching.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize attribution and campaigns.
• Define KPIs and build dashboards (e.g., AWS QuickSight).
• Document projects and communicate progress with stakeholders.
• Ensure measurable business impact of data initiatives.
