Job summary

Adaptfy in Amsterdam is seeking a Data Science Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to join our Data and Analytics team.

You will perform data analyses across Growth Revenue Management, Marketing Analytics, CLM/CRM Analytics and Risk Analytics, using SQL, Python, R, Matlab, SAS, SPSS, and Excel, translating data into actionable insights.

Collaborating with senior stakeholders and a cross‑functional team, you will help drive data‑driven decisions and support workshops and trainings.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of analytics experience in a data-driven role.
• Strong background in statistics and data modelling.
• Proficient programming in SQL, Python, and/or R.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analyses across Growth Revenue Management, Marketing Analytics, CLM/CRM Analytics and Risk Analytics.
• Conduct analyses using SAS, SPSS, Eviews, R, Python, SQL, Teradata, Hadoop, and Excel.
• Communicate findings through compelling presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Develop hypotheses, disaggregate issues, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate with executives.
• Coach and mentor team members.
