Job summary

Metyis AG is seeking a Data Science Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join the Data and Analytics team in Amsterdam. This full-time role focuses on data analysis across Growth Revenue Management, Marketing Analytics, CLM/CRM Analytics, and Risk Analytics.

You will work with tools like Python, SQL, Hadoop, R, SAS, SPSS, and more, and you will communicate insights through presentations while coaching junior team members.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional analytics experience.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., math or CS).
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to develop hypotheses.
• Proficient in Python, Hadoop, SQL, and/or R.
• Experience with Python data tools (Jupyter, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, Matplotlib).

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis in Growth Revenue Management, Marketing Analytics, CLM/CRM Analytics and/or Risk Analytics.
• Conduct analyses using SAS, SPSS, Eviews, R, Python, SQL, Teradata, Hadoop, Access, Excel, and more.
• Communicate analyses via compelling presentations.
• Solve problems, develop hypotheses, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate with executives.
• Coach and mentor team members.
