Job summary

Metyis is growing and seeks a Data Science Associate to join our Data and Analytics team in Amsterdam. The role targets 1–3 years of analytics experience and involves working across Growth Revenue Management, Marketing Analytics, CLM/CRM Analytics and Risk Analytics.

You will perform data analyses using SAS, SPSS, Eviews, R, Python, SQL, Teradata, Hadoop, Access and Excel, and communicate insights through presentations to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional analytics experience.
• Advanced quantitative degree required.
• Ability to decompose problems and develop data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis in Growth Revenue Management, Marketing Analytics, CLM/CRM Analytics and/or Risk Analytics.

What you will do

• Perform data analysis in the field of Growth Revenue Management, Marketing Analytics, CLM/CRM Analytics and/or Risk Analytics.

• Conduct analyses in typical analytical tools ranging from SAS, SPSS, Eviews, R, Python, SQL, Teradata, Hadoop, Access, Excel, etc.

• Communicate analyses via compelling presentations.

• Solve problems, disaggregate issues, develop hypotheses and develop actionable recommendations from data and analysis

• Prepare and facilitating workshops

• Manage stakeholders and communicating with executives

• Coach and mentor team members

What you will bring

• 1-3 years of professional experience in the analytics domain.

• An advanced degree in quantitative field (e.g. Engineering, Mathematics, etc.).

• An ability to think analytically, decompose problem sets, develop hypotheses and recommendations from data analysis.

• Strong technical skills regarding data analysis, statistics, and programming. Strong working knowledge of SQL, Python, R, and/or Matlab.

• Ability to talk the language of statistics, finance, and economics.

• Profound knowledge of the English language
