Job summary

Exclusive Networks is seeking a motivated Data Quality & Business Data Analyst Intern to join our team in the Netherlands. You'll gain hands-on experience with data quality processes, cleansing, validation and enrichment across CRM and other systems.

During a minimum 4-month internship requiring 32 hours per week, you will help improve data accuracy, analyze datasets for trends, and document findings while collaborating with business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an MBO or HBO programme in data analytics or related field.
• Internship for a minimum duration of 4 months and at least 32 hours per week.
• Strong interest in data analysis, data quality, and business processes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to organise, analyse, and work with large datasets using Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, SQL, Power BI is a plus.
• Interest in data governance, master data management, BI, or digital transformation projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support data quality improvement activities across business systems.
• Review data records to identify duplicates, missing information, inconsistencies, and outdated data.
• Assist in maintaining data accuracy across CRM and other platforms.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, data issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Support data reconciliation between different data sources.
• Prepare datasets for reporting, automation, and future projects.
• Assist with implementing data standards, naming conventions, and quality guidelines.
• Document findings and collaborate with stakeholders to support continuous data improvement.
