Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting seeks a Data Modeler in Amsterdam to design, build, and continuously improve the client''s online platform. You will research and implement new technology solutions, ensuring product resiliency and availability while collaborating with a cross-functional team.

The role requires extensive data modelling experience (LDM/PDM), Data Vault 2.0 expertise, SQL proficiency, and familiarity with SAP-related data projects. A productive team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data modelling, especially turning LDMs into PDMs.
• Strong knowledge of Data Vault 2.0 and SQL.

Requirements

• Design and develop data models in collaboration with Data Architects and Solution Architects.
  
• Gather and translate business requirements into effective data modelling solutions.
  
• Make informed decisions and drive progress in situations with incomplete or evolving information.
  
• Translate logical data models into physical data models aligned with technical and business requirements.
  
• Extensive experience in data modelling, particularly Logical Data Models (LDM) and their translation into Physical Data Models (PDM).
  
• Strong knowledge of Data Vault 2.0 and SQL.
  
• Strong stakeholder communication and requirements-gathering skills.
  
• Experience working with data integration and data modelling in SAP-related projects.
