Job summary

Nestlé Nederland BV is seeking a Team Lead Data Management for the Almere factory. You will lead the Data Management team, ensuring accurate master data to enable reliable end-to-end processes across the factory, collaborating with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Finance and IT.

You will drive data governance, data quality, and standardization while leveraging SAP and Power BI to deliver practical data solutions and reporting for international teams.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Master Data Management, Supply Chain, Operations, IT/data or related functional environment.
• Experience leading, coaching or coordinating a team.
• Strong practical knowledge of SAP master data and its impact on end-to-end processes.
• Experience with Data Governance and Data Quality principles.
• Understanding of manufacturing or Supply Chain environments.
• Experience in cross-functional and international organisations.
• Able to translate data issues into business impact and drive standardization.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Data Management team, prioritise work, and build team capabilities.
• Foster a continous improvement mindset with a service-oriented culture and clear performance expectations.
• Ensure timely and accurate creation, maintenance and lifecycle management of master data per standards.
• Oversee data validation, reconciliation and regular health checks.
• Coordinate escalations and complex data issues to prevent operational disruptions.
• Own implementation and application of data management and governance rules within Operations.
• Drive data quality through analysis, validation, reconciliation and corrective actions.
• Oversee SAP data structures and dependencies across systems and processes.
• Enable reliable reporting and dashboards in Power BI and translate stakeholder needs into practical data solutions.
• Collaborate with IT, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and other functions to improve processes and data initiatives.
