Job summary

Nestlé Nutrition & Health in Almere, Netherlands, is hiring a Data Management Specialist for an international Operations environment. Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience working with data in Operations, Supply Chain, IT, BI, or similar area.
• Solid understanding of data quality, standards, validation and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with SAP data structures and master/transaction data.
• Experience with Power BI and familiar with data environments.
• Comfortable working with data on a daily, operational level and understanding the broader business context.
• Strong ability to explain data topics clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and improve the quality, structure and consistency of operational data to defined standards.
• Support implementation and adherence to data management and data governance rules in Operations.
• Perform data analysis, validation and reconciliation to support reporting and decision‑making.
• Work with SAP data structures, understanding dependencies and impacts across systems.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using Power BI for stakeholders.
• Cooperate with IT, Supply Chain and other functions to ensure data is reliable and well‑maintained.
• Identify data issues and propose practical, incremental improvements to data processes.
• Support data‑related initiatives and projects from an operational and specialist perspective.
