Job summary

Nestlé Nutrition & Health in Almere is seeking a Data Management Specialist to own data quality, structure, and governance in support of manufacturing operations. This role offers exposure to international teams and a clearly defined specialist scope.

You will analyze, validate, and reconcile operational data, collaborate with IT and Supply Chain, and create dashboards in Power BI to enable timely reporting and informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience working with data in Operations, Supply Chain, IT or BI.
• Solid understanding of data quality, standards, validation and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with SAP master or transactional data.
• Experience with Power BI and data environments.
• Clear communication with stakeholders and ability to explain data topics practically.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and improve the quality, structure, and consistency of operational data.
• Support data management governance rules within Operations.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation for reporting and decision making.
• Work with SAP data structures and understand dependencies across systems.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using Power BI for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, Supply Chain and other functions to ensure data integrity.
• Identify data issues and propose practical, incremental improvements.
