Job summary

PostNL is bezig met de oprichting van een Data Center of Excellence (CoE) om enterprise‑breed datamanagement te versterken. Als Data Management Consultant vertaal je strategie naar praktische implementatie en help business-domen nieuwe manieren van werken adopteren.

Je combineert kennis van data management met adviesvaardigheden om stakeholders te begeleiden in pragmatische, duurzame praktijken die data kwaliteit, eigenaarschap en business value verhogen. Flexibiliteit in locatie is mogelijk.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ervaring in data management, data governance of gerelateerde velden.
• Ervaring met implementeren van data management praktijken in complexe organisaties.
• Ervaring in stakeholder management en workshopfacilitatie.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy naar praktische implementatie en begeleid domeinen hierbij.

PostNL is establishing a Data Center of Excellence (CoE) to strengthen enterprise-wide data management capabilities and ensure data is treated as a strategic asset. As part of this transformation, Enterprise Data Management (EDM) is driving the implementation of a federated data governance operating model, enabling business domains to take ownership of their data while ensuring consistent governance across the organization.

As a Data Management Consultant, you play a key role in translating strategy into practical implementation. You combine strong knowledge of data management disciplines with excellent consulting and facilitation skills to help business domains adopt new ways of working. Acting as a trusted advisor, you guide stakeholders in implementing pragmatic and sustainable data management practices that improve data quality, compliance, ownership and business value.

• Salary between €4,588 and €6,498 (scale 11) gross per month at 37 hours per week. But 32 hours is possible too!

You Also Have The Following Qualities

• 3+ years of experience in data management, data governance or related fields.
• You have experience with implementing data management practices in complex organizations.
• You have experience in stakeholder management and facilitating workshops.
• You are familiar with Agile ways of working.
• You have knowledge of data disciplines such as Data Governance, Data Quality, MDM, Metadata Management and Data Privacy.
