Job summary

NN Group IT Organization seeks an experienced security officer to drive information security risk management and data-driven initiatives. You will collaborate with the CISO team to update security standards and automate processes, with a strong focus on Power BI and data lakes to enable informed decisions.

You will lead and coordinate enhancements, engage stakeholders across NN, and elevate security risk assessments and automation, while staying current on security trends and innovations.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of IT security and compliance methods.
• Strong data-driven thinking and ability to derive insights from data.
• Experience with data lakes and Power BI is essential.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and maintain the overall vision on security and compliance with other officers and the security architect.
• Strengthen security reporting with data-driven insights to enable data-driven decision making.
• Drive central improvement initiatives for security processes and procedures across NN Group.
• Convey messages effectively to management, DevOps teams and stakeholders.
