Job summary
New Balance is seeking a Buying Internship in the Netherlands to gain hands-on exposure to the full product lifecycle, from range selection to performance analysis and clearance strategies. You will collaborate with Buyers, support order placement, and help manage the seasonal plan across ecommerce, marketplace, outlet, and inline channels.
This 6-month fixed-term internship emphasizes analytical thinking, Excel proficiency, and cross-functional teamwork.
Qualifications
- Highly analytical with strong communication at all levels.
- Commercial competence and organizational awareness.
- Excellent Excel skills; able to learn new systems.
- Applicants must be based in the Netherlands.
Responsibilities
- Assist buyers on seasonal buys and contribute to trends and performance.
- Support order placement, product reviews, and category analyses.
- Coordinate with DTC channels to plan seasonal launches across platforms.
- Monitor stock from factories to warehouses and flag late arrivals.
- Assist with pricing, ecommerce data, and in-season reporting.
