Job summary

adidas in Amsterdam is seeking a Product Merchandising Intern for the European eCommerce team. You will help drive product availability, support personalization and analytics, and work with Merchandising Operations, Platform Operations and Supply Chain.

This internship runs Feb 1, 2027 to Jul 31, 2027 for six months, with 39 hours per week, a monthly gross allowance of €1,200, and hybrid working (40% home office). You will gain broad exposure to eCommerce operations and AI-powered tools.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a fulltime student for the entire duration of the internship.
• Studying Business, eCommerce, Digital, Communications or similar.
• Available for the full internship period 01/02/2027 - 31/07/2027.
• Comfortable working in English, both speaking and writing.
• Motivated to learn, curious and open to feedback.
• Interest in sports, fashion, analytics and AI.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Passion for sport and/or an active lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with product personalization article set up and flocking material forecast.
• Supporting the preparation of reports, data files and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Assisting in the maintenance, optimization and continuous improvement of availability management and personalization processes.
• Gain hands-on exposure to product merchandising, analytics, digital operation, customer experience and supply chain.
• Develop skills such as eCommerce operations and product availability management, data analysis, KPI monitoring, performance tracking, communication, stakeholder management, process improvement and optimization.
• Build confidence working in an international team.
• Gain exposure to AI-powered tools.
