Job summary

Barry Callebaut is seeking a Data & Digital Specialist to join the Benelux Sales organization. You will unlock data and digital opportunities, maintain master data quality, support core systems, and enable commercial teams across the Benelux region.

Reporting to the Digital Sales Enablement Manager, you will collaborate with internal and external partners, optimize ERP and CRM platforms, and drive our digital strategy while balancing cross-functional priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• MBO level education or equivalent through experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Advanced MS Office skills including Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Infor, SAP, BC) and MS 365.
• Strong data management and master data processes knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Input and manage master data across the Benelux ecosystem, including INFOR Hoogenboom, GS1, PS in foodservice, ordering portals, and digital marketing platforms.
• Act as the Key User for the Hoogenboom ERP system and the new digital gourmet platform, ensuring data integrity and system optimization.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for data inquiries and resolve Salesforce cases related to master data.
• Maintain data accuracy on key platforms such as Specsplaza, GS1, and Callebaut.com to ensure seamless business operations.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders, including suppliers and solution partners.
• Support ad-hoc projects and business requirements aligned with evolving digital needs.

About the Role

As a Data & Digital Specialist, you will play a key role within the Benelux Sales organization, helping unlock data and digital opportunities aligned with our growth strategy. Reporting directly to the Digital Sales Enablement Manager, you will serve as the backbone of our digital operations by maintaining high-quality master data, supporting core systems, and empowering commercial teams. This position is central to driving our digital strategy forward and connecting our ecosystem with internal and external partners.

Your Profile

• MBO background level or equivalent through experience.
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Hands-on experience with modern ERP systems (Infor, SAP, Business Central) and Microsoft 365.
• Experience working with shared drives, cloud structures, and data mapping.
• Strong digital affinity with a solid understanding of master data management processes.
• Proactive "can-do" attitude with a focus on identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams and build supplier relations.
• Comfortable managing ambiguity, prioritizing under pressure, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic setting.
