Job summary

Sisk Group is seeking a MEP Quality Manager to lead QA/QC on a Data Centre project in the Netherlands. The role focuses on ensuring site quality activities, installation processes, and delivery of compliant quality documentation, with training support for staff and ongoing quality system improvements.

The role requires proven leadership in managing site QA/QC and a strong background in construction quality management, with specific emphasis on ISO 9001 and related standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in QA/QC roles within construction or engineering projects.
• Proven leadership in managing site quality activities and installation processes.
• Degree in Construction Management and/or Civil Engineering is required.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site quality activities and installation processes to meet project requirements.
• Coordinate quality documentation and ensure timely handover preparation.
• Promote quality management systems and provide staff training.
• Manage non-conformities and coordinate audits and inspections.
• Collect and analyse KPI data and reports for leadership review.
