Job summary

Siemens in The Hague seeks a Quality Manager in Technical Projects (QMiP) to strengthen project quality across international Data Center initiatives. You will embed quality in bid, execution, and delivery, supporting the Project Manager and coordinating with global teams.

The role requires a technical degree and 5–10 years in project quality management, with strong problem-solving skills and English fluency; Dutch is a plus. Hybrid work, competitive salary, and a Benefits Budget await.

Qualifications

Technical bachelor's or master's degree plus 5–10 years in technical project quality management.
Experience in process-oriented roles in complex, international project environments.
Strong knowledge of 8D, A3, RCA and FMEA methods.
English fluency and residence in the Netherlands; Dutch language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a project-specific quality management system documented in the Project Quality Plan.
Ensure the successful execution of quality-related project activities, including lessons learned, Quality Gates, non-conformance cost management, and root-cause analysis, ensuring sustainable corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Risk management: identify, assess, and manage project risks early in the sales phase.
Integrate quality-relevant aspects into project planning per the PM@Siemens framework.
Execute internal audits according to the internal audit plan.
Manage non-conformances with root-cause analysis and CAPA.
Provide accurate quality reporting to management using execution tools.
Facilitate continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across projects.
