Job summary

CBRE Data Center Technician role in Roosendaal, Netherlands, delivering preventative maintenance and corrective repairs within a critical data center environment. You will contribute to safe, reliable operations and support client environments under the Critical and Technical Services function.

Responsibilities include site inspections, reacting to BMS alarms, coordinating with vendors, and performing planned PM and reactive maintenance while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or technical training with 1–2 years’ related experience in a data center or facilities role.
• Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to present information clearly to internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily site inspections of Mechanical & Engineering systems and equipment.
• Respond to Building Management System alarms and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on equipment.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors and ensure compliance with processes and regulations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory standards are met through routine checks.
