Job summary

Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited seeks a Data Center Supply Chain Manager to own procurement of servers and GPUs across EMEA while partnering with OEMs, ODMs and major hardware vendors to secure capacity.

You will work alongside engineering, logistics and operations to translate demand into procurement plans, mitigate risks and drive supplier performance. The role offers remote EU work with an Amsterdam office option, plus bonus schemes and RSUs in a fast-scaling platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience buying or sourcing server, compute or data centre hardware.
• Experience working directly with hardware manufacturers, ODMs, OEMs and technology suppliers.
• Ability to negotiate pricing, capacity and supply agreements in complex markets.
• Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding the hardware requirements behind server/GPU infra.
• Highly organised and commercially minded, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the hardware supply pipeline across EMEA, ensuring servers, GPUs and critical components are secured for deployments
• Build strong relationships with OEMs, ODMs and strategic suppliers, negotiating commercial terms and securing capacity.
• Stay ahead of supply risks, shortages and lead-time challenges, driving solutions before they impact infrastructure deployments
• Partner with engineering, logistics and operations teams to turn infrastructure demand into clear procurement and delivery plans
• Improve visibility across the supply chain through reporting, forecasting and supplier performance tracking

As a Data Center Supply Chain Manager, you'll take ownership of server and GPU procurement across new data centre builds and live facilities throughout EMEA.

Working directly with OEMs, ODMs and major hardware vendors, you'll manage supply, availability and commercial negotiations in a fast-moving environment where your decisions will directly impact the growth of a rapidly scaling global infrastructure platform.
