Join a fast-growing global AI infrastructure provider building next-generation compute environments at scale. As a Data Center Operations Manager, you will lead the facilities operations function across an expanding data center footprint, ensuring the reliability, availability and performance of mission-critical infrastructure.

Working closely with senior leadership, construction and engineering teams, you will build operational processes, develop high-performing teams and establish the standards that support large-scale AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a facilities operations team responsible for critical MEP infrastructure
• Manage the operation and maintenance of UPS, generators, HVAC, chillers and electrical systems
• Develop and implement SOPs, MOPs, EOPs and scalable operational standards
• Own site uptime, reliability, incident response and root cause analysis activities
• Define and report on KPIs covering safety, availability and operational performance
• Partner with construction and design teams during commissioning and new site developments
• Manage vendors, maintenance contracts, compliance requirements and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills/Must Have

• 8+ years' experience within data centre operations, critical facilities or mission-critical environments
• 5+ years leading technical teams in 24/7 operational environments
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of MEP systems including UPS, generators, switchgear, chillers, HVAC and electrical distribution
• Experience developing SOPs, MOPs, EOPs and preventative maintenance programmes
• Proven ability to build operational processes within fast‑paced or scaling environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with DCIM, CMMS and change management processes

Desirable Skills

• Hyperscale or multi‑site data centre experience
• Experience in commissioning new data centre builds
• PMP, Six Sigma or PE certifications
• Experience within high‑density or AI‑focused data centre environments
