Job summary

Arvato in Heijen, Netherlands, is seeking a Hardware Technician to build, configure and test high‑end server and data center hardware. You will assemble racks, configure BIOS, perform imaging and testing to ensure reliable deployments for international customers.

You’ll collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality, while maintaining safety and quality standards. The role offers growth in an international organization with extensive training opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in testing, configuring or assembling hardware.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Building and configuring server racks for data center environments.
• Configuring servers and hardware, including BIOS updates and firmware upgrades.
• Performing technical quality inspections and functional hardware testing.
• Assembling server cabinets, managing cable routing and test environments.
• Processing customer returns, including inspections and asset tagging.
