Job summary

Jobster in Amsterdam near Schiphol-Rijk is seeking a Data Center Engineer. You replace battery modules, measure voltage and conductance, pull and label cables, and document your work. The role covers Amsterdam and Schiphol-Rijk data centers with occasional trips to Frankfurt or Brussels.

Requirements include solid electrical engineering experience, MBO 3 in Electrical Engineering, and UPS knowledge. English working level is a plus; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as an electrical engineer in commercial and industrial buildings, for example offices, healthcare, industry or data centers.
• MBO 3 Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of UPS and backup power systems; willingness to obtain NEN 3140 and VCA VOL if needed.

Responsibilities

• Replace battery modules in UPS systems.
• Measure voltage and conductance.
• Pull and label cables and record your work.
