Job summary

AdvanceTech is seeking a data analyst to join a cross-functional PEDX team supporting IKEA’s new peer-to-peer marketplace. You will drive data-driven growth by performing analyses, running experiments, and communicating insights to product, engineering and design stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in data analytics, strong SQL and Power BI skills, experience in multi-functional product teams, and a knack for translating complex findings into actionable business actions.

Qualifications

• MS or equivalent in analytics, computer science, econometrics or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a data analyst in a mid-level role
• Extensive experience in a multi-functional product team
• Ability to derive insights from large datasets using math, code and data
• Translate complex findings into actionable insights for stakeholders
• SQL proficiency and data visualization skills (Power BI preferred)
• Solid grasp of statistics and methodologies
• Experience with dbt and Google Cloud is a plus
• Knowledge of 2-sided marketplaces is advantageous
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Hands-on and positive attitude
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities

• Be part of the product team as data analyst to drive data-driven decision making.
• Drive data-driven growth of the peer-to-peer marketplace.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Design to design, implement and deploy digital products at scale.
• Perform data analyses, run experiments (A/B tests), and communicate insights to stakeholders.
