Job summary

Rabobank seeks a Data Analyst Insights who turns complex data into reliable insights to drive decisions. You will validate requirements, support new initiatives, and help improve processes through data-driven analysis across business and technology teams.

You’ll independently drive analysis, develop robust reporting, and align with governance and auditability standards while collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to set priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience with large and complex datasets, query optimization and data modelling.
• Excellent communication in English.
• A Dutch work permit and residence are required.

Job description

• Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 5,030 and EUR 7,183 (scale 09)for a 36-hour work week.
• Extras: a thirteenth month, 8% holiday allowance, and a 10% Employee Benefit Budget.
• Development budget: EUR 1,400 development budget per year for your growth and development.

As Data Analyst Insights, you know the secrets of turning complex data into reliable insights that help stakeholders make better decisions. You act as the primary contact for data consumers, validate new business requirements, support implementation of new initiatives, and help improve processes through data-driven analysis. You represent the voice of the customer and end user while working across business and technology teams.
