Angove Partners Limited in Amsterdam is building its first European Transactional Risk data system from the ground up. The data analyst will sit at the centre of the build, working closely with the external IT team to set up and launch the system so it reflects how the business actually needs it to perform.

The role is ideal for someone with up to 2 years of experience in data/analytics, focusing on planning, data gathering, and creating dashboards.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or up to 2 years' data/analytics experience.
• Strong Excel skills; capable of building and maintaining structured datasets.
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and structuring data.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Ability to communicate clearly and translate between technical and non-technical teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with ambiguity.

Responsabilités

• Develop project plans: create detailed schedules, allocate resources, and set milestones for the data system build.
• Gather relevant data from multiple sources and clean and structure it for analysis.
• Apply statistical methods, predictive modelling, and visualization techniques to extract insights.
• Build dashboards, charts, and executive summaries to communicate findings and track project performance.
• Track timelines, budgets, and resource utilization, adjusting plans as needed to ensure project success.
• Audit workflows, standardize templates, and implement automation to reduce manual reporting.
