That's your work. Not dashboards for their own sake, but analysis that changes what happens next.

What you'll do

• Turn scattered data from our systems into something coherent, reliable, and worth trusting.
  
• Build reporting that colleagues actually open — clear, honest, and answering questions people are really asking.
  
• Dig into the harder questions: where capacity is going, what patterns precede problems, which improvements moved the needle and which only looked like they did.
  
• Work alongside care teams and management to translate a vague concern into a testable question, and the answer back into plain language.
  
• Help us stay sharp on data quality and privacy. In healthcare, careless handling isn't a technical issue — it's a trust issue.
  

Requirements

What you bring

• Solid SQL and comfort in Python or R. You know your way around messy real-world data.
  
• Experience building reporting in a tool like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  
• The habit of asking why before how — you push back on the question when the question is wrong.
  
• The ability to explain a finding to someone who has never opened a spreadsheet, without losing the nuance.
  
• Affinity with healthcare data, or the curiosity to get there fast. Familiarity with AVG/GDPR in a care context is a real plus.
