Job summary

Explore Group is seeking a Junior Data Analyst in Amsterdam. The role focuses on turning business questions into actionable insights through data analysis, dashboarding, and stakeholder collaboration.

You will extract and clean data, define KPIs with stakeholders, and present findings clearly to diverse audiences. A hybrid setup requires two days onsite per week, with English as the primary language used for communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative field (Maths, Stats, CS, Economics, etc.).
• Initial experience in Data Analytics, BI, or reporting.
• Strong SQL and BI dashboarding skills (Tableau / Power BI / Looker).
• Solid understanding of data validation and quality best practices.

• Rate: €65 per hour

• Present analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative field (Maths, Stats, Computer Science, Economics, etc.).
• Initial experience in Data Analytics, BI, or reporting.
• Strong SQL and BI dashboarding skills (Tableau / Power BI / Looker).
• Solid understanding of data validation and quality best practices.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Bonus: Python, R, or cloud data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery).
