Job summary

Advance in IT Ltd in the Netherlands is seeking a Mid-level GCP Data & AI Engineer to ship production AI solutions. You’ll work on AI agents, Gemini/Vertex AI, and production ML workflows across client projects, balancing client communication with hands-on coding.

The role emphasizes building real, deployable AI rather than just POc work, with a focus on delivering impactful results for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Software, Data or ML engineering.
• GCP / Vertex AI / BigQuery experience is a big plus.
• Builder mentality — ship, not only experiment.
• Comfort speaking with clients and writing code.
• English fluent; Dutch is an advantage.
• EU citizenship only.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents and agentic workflows for production.

GCP Data & AI Engineer | Build AI that actually makes it into production

A brilliant boutique Google Cloud Partner in the Netherlands that’s building real, production-ready AI solutions for its clients is growing — and they’re looking for a Mid-level AI Engineer to join their growing team.

This isn’t endless experimentation or data grunt work. You’ll be building and shipping.

What you’ll work on:

• AI agents & agentic workflows
• Gemini & Vertex AI
• AI voicebots and intelligent assistants
• MLOps and taking models into production

You’ll typically work across 2–3 client projects, giving you loads of variety, ownership and exposure to some seriously interesting AI challenges.

What they’re looking for:

• 3–5 years in Software, Data or ML Engineering
• GCP / Vertex AI / BigQuery experience is a big plus
• A builder mentality — you want to ship, not just experiment
• Comfortable speaking with clients as well as writing code
• Fluent English - Dutch is an advantage
• Only EU citizens can be considered for this role
