Job summary

R2 Global is seeking a Dutch-speaking Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to join our Netherlands-based team. The role offers primarily remote work with occasional travel to client sites as needed, engaging in functional consultancy, customer interaction and project delivery.

You will translate business needs into Business Central solutions, conduct workshops, configure and implement modules, and support testing, training and go-live activities across client projects.

Qualifications

The Opportunity

I am currently working with a specialist Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ISV that is continuing to grow its consulting team in the Netherlands. They are looking for a Dutch-speaking D365 Business Central Consultant to join their team and work across a strong pipeline of customer projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant who enjoys a combination of functional consultancy, customer interaction and project delivery, whilst having the flexibility to work primarily from home.

There is no fixed office requirement, although you will be expected to travel to customer sites when required depending on the project.

The Role

As a Business Central Consultant, you will work closely with customers to understand their requirements and help deliver successful Business Central solutions.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Working with customers to understand their business processes and requirements
• Conducting workshops and requirements-gathering sessions
• Translating business requirements into effective Business Central solutions
• Functional configuration and implementation of Business Central
• Supporting testing, training and go-live activities
• Providing guidance and consultancy throughout the project lifecycle
• Building strong relationships with customers and acting as a trusted advisor
• Working closely with colleagues across the wider consulting and technical teams

About You

We are interested in speaking with Business Central consultants at different levels of experience.

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Experience within a consultancy, Microsoft Partner, ISV or end-user environment
• Strong functional understanding of Business Central
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working directly with customers
• A proactive and solution-focused approach
• Fluent Dutch and good English

The preference is for a Medior or Senior Consultant, although Junior Consultants with solid hands-on Business Central experience will also be considered.
