Job summary

JDE Peet’s is seeking an experienced D2P Project & Team Lead to drive the Design-to-Print process for global and local packaging artwork across brands. You will lead a team, coordinate with marketing, R&D, procurement, and factories, and ensure milestones are met while optimizing speed-to-market.

In this role you will oversee prioritization, resource allocation, and performance tracking, providing transparency to senior leadership and continuously improving processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Design-to-Print, packaging production, and packaging artwork coordination in a production-oriented design environment.
• Proven experience in guiding, coaching, and motivating team members in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple complex projects under time pressure.
• Good understanding of packaging materials, printing techniques, and artwork management systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence partners across functions.
• High level of accuracy in administration and evaluating financial implications of process changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of D2P coordinators to ensure high-quality packaging artwork delivery across global and local portfolios.
• Manage end-to-end D2P process for innovations, brand renovations, and local marketing initiatives, ensuring milestones are met.
• Oversee project prioritization and resource allocation to balance workload and ensure on-time delivery of multiple complex projects.
• Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Procurement, and Factories to align technical requirements with brand strategy.
• Drive process excellence and continuous improvement within the D2P landscape to speed up time-to-market.
• Monitor and report project performance, tracking metrics and financial impact of process changes for senior leadership.
