Job summary

JDE Peet’s is seeking a D2P Project & Team Lead to oversee the Design-to-Print process for packaging artworks across global brands. You will lead a team of D2P coordinators and coordinate with Marketing, R&D, Procurement, and Factories to ensure on-time delivery from concept to print.

Report to Global Design Excellence Manager; drive process excellence and measure performance while balancing workload across Tier 1–3 brands. This role requires 8–10 years in D2P/packaging and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Design-to-Print, packaging production and packaging artwork coordination.
• Proven experience guiding, coaching, and motivating teams in fast-paced settings.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple complex projects under time pressure.
• Good understanding of packaging materials, printing techniques, and artwork management systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across commercial and technical functions.
• High accuracy in administration with ability to evaluate financial implications of process changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of D2P coordinators to ensure high-quality packaging artwork delivery globally.
• Manage end-to-end D2P process for innovations, brand renovations and local marketing initiatives.
• Oversee project prioritization and resource allocation to balance workload and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Procurement, and Factories to align technical requirements with brand strategy.
• Drive process excellence and continuous improvement in D2P to speed to market.
• Monitor and report on project performance and financial impact of process changes to leadership.
