Job summary

Fox-IT, part of NCC Group, is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to manage a portfolio of clients from the Netherlands. You will act as the primary contact, lead regular reviews, and identify opportunities to increase contract value while improving cyber security for customers.

The role requires a degree, IT/cybersecurity familiarity, and strong Dutch/English communication. Some travel and background checks are expected; hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• Affinity for IT and cybersecurity.
• Clear vision of client relationship management.
• ITIL Foundation certification (desirable).
• Experience in roles with direct customer interaction.
• Willingness to undergo screenings/background checks due to Fox-IT’s work.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
• Fluent Dutch and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain productive relationships with assigned clients.
• Increase contract value while enhancing clients’ cybersecurity.
• Lead or participate in client meetings and service reviews; manage escalations.
• Work closely with the account management team.
• Ensure delivered services meet contracted SLAs.
• Analyze service usage and perceived value.
• Support client satisfaction and retention.
