Job summary

Michael Page International (Netherlands) is seeking a senior Programme Manager to lead a Data Security & Cyber Transformation Programme in Utrecht. You will establish governance structures, coordinate Purview and SaaS governance workstreams, and engage with executive stakeholders across multinational teams.

You will manage risks, budgets, and timelines while coordinating vendors and implementation partners to deliver the programme over several years.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of programme or project management experience.
• Proven track record delivering cybersecurity, data protection, or digital transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview, Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance, and DLP.
• Experience working within multinational and matrix organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multi-year Data Security & Cyber Transformation Programme.
• Establish governance structures, steering committees, and reporting frameworks.
• Coordinate Microsoft Purview, SaaS Governance, Data Discovery, and Cyber Awareness workstreams.
• Manage programme risks, dependencies, budgets, resources, and delivery timelines.
• Engage with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams.
• Coordinate external vendors including Microsoft, Zscaler, Beamy, and implementation partners.
