Job summary

Rabobank is seeking an experienced Road Manager Security to lead strategic cyber security initiatives across the organization. You will translate priorities into concrete initiatives and drive delivery with cross-functional teams.

This hands-on leadership role requires governance, execution, and strong communication with senior management. You will collaborate with business, IT and security stakeholders to improve Rabobank's security posture and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project, program or portfolio management within large and complex organisations.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale cyber security initiatives and transformations.
• Demonstrated experience working in highly regulated environments and large enterprise landscapes.
• Extensive experience managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Roadmap Management: Develop, maintain and drive multi-year security roadmaps aligned with Rabobank's security strategy and risk objectives.
• Initiative and Program Delivery: Lead multiple concurrent security initiatives from ideation through implementation and operational handover.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships across business, IT and security domains and provide concise reporting to management.
• Security Domain Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor on cyber security initiatives and transformation activities.
• Hands-on Execution: Take ownership and drive actions to completion when required and accelerate delivery.
