Job summary

ESA is seeking a Cyber Security and INFOSEC Manager to lead cyber security assurance for ESA corporate and directorate systems. Based at ESTEC, Noordwijk, with potential postings in Paris or Frascati, you will coordinate audits, update policies, and drive risk management.

A master’s in engineering, CS, or cyber security plus 4 years of experience is required; leadership and international collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, computer science, or cyber security with 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Alternatively, a bachelor's degree plus an additional four years of relevant professional experience may be considered.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to manage a team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Eligibility for security clearance and compliance with export control regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all ESA corporate and directorate cyber security audits.
• Review and update the ESA Cyber Security Policy regularly.
• supervise ESA-wide implementation of security regulations and directives.
• Ensure information protection policy compliance across ESA domains.
• Deliver cyber threat landscape and intelligence reports at operational and strategic levels.
