NN Group, based in The Hague, is seeking an IT Engineer for Backup and Cyber Recovery. You will design and enhance backup solutions, ensure quick secure data recovery during cyber threats, and collaborate with DevOps, security, and compliance teams in a multi-country setting.

You will work in NN's MIaaS department in The Hague, contributing to the newly formed Backup & Cyber DevOps team focused on cyber resilience. The role involves automation, on-call support, and cross-functional coordination.

Competenze

IT engineer with proven experience in enterprise backup or storage solutions.
Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
Ability to lead by example in a DevOps culture.
Proficiency in scripting and automation.
Familiarity with cyber recovery methods and ransomware protection.

Mansioni

Design, implement and manage enterprise backup solutions and cyber recovery vaults.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure and compliance teams to align with DORA, NIS2 and NN policies.
Automate backup and recovery workflows using scripting and orchestration tools.
Run cyber recovery simulations and disaster recovery tests with IT and business units.
Provide 24/7 support, including ticketing and on-call shifts.
