Job summary

Mifa in Venlo zoekt een Cutting/Brushing Operator voor de Extrusion afdeling. Je stelt machines in, bewaakt het productieproces en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit volgens tekeningen en orders.

Je meet nauwkeurig met calipers, micrometers en hoogte­meters, voert klein onderhoud uit en draagt bij aan training van nieuwe operators. Salaris is marktconform en werkplek is 2-ploegen.

Qualifications

• Eerdere productie-ervaring is vereist.
• Ervaring met snij- of borstelsmachines is een pré.
• Goede vaardigheden om technische instructies en productierichtlijnen te volgen.
• Sterke focus op kwaliteit en veiligheid.
• Fysiek in staat om hands-on productietaken uit te voeren.
• Kan zelfstandig werken en in teamverband.
• Betrouwbaar, punctual en verantwoordelijk.

Responsibilities

• Instellen, bedienen en afstellen van snij- en borstelsmachines volgens tekeningen en productieroutes.
• Productie van eerste stukken controleren op kwaliteit en afmetingen.
• Nauwkeurige metingen uitvoeren met kalibers en micrometers.
• Productieprocessen bewaken en waar nodig afstellingen maken.
• Visuele en dimensionale kwaliteitsinspecties uitvoeren en digitaal registreren.
• Onderdelen en klemmen vervangen en basisonderhoud plegen.
• Finish producten reinigen, verpakken en stapelen volgens standaarden.
• Nieuwe operators trainen en een veilige, georganiseerde werkplek onderhouden.

Samenvatting

Join Mifa in Venlo as a Cutting / Brushing Operator and become part of the Extrusion department, where you will be responsible for cutting, deburring and finishing aluminium profiles according to customer specifications and quality requirements.

Over de functie

As a Cutting / Brushing Operator, you will set up and adjust machines, monitor the production process and perform quality checks throughout the production cycle. You will use technical drawings, work instructions and production orders to ensure that every product meets the required specifications.

You will also carry out measurements using different precision measuring tools and perform basic machine maintenance when required.

Your responsibilities include:

• Set up, operate and adjust cutting and brushing machines based on technical drawings and production orders.
• Produce and inspect first-off products to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Perform precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, height gauges and feeler gauges.
• Monitor production processes and make machine adjustments when required.
• Conduct visual and dimensional quality inspections and record results digitally.
• Replace machine components and clamps and perform basic maintenance.
• Clean, pack and stack finished products according to production standards.
• Support and train new operators while maintaining a safe and organised workplace.
